Bill Liu

Chairman

Mr. Liu founded Headwin Logistics Co., Ltd. in 2001, and is now in charge of the overall operating affairs of the whole company. Mr. Liu has won numerous honors personally and on behalf of the company, for his creative contributions to the freight forwarding industry.

Jason Lou

CEO

Mr. Lou, whilst acting as the CEO of Headwin Logistics, is also the General Manager of Zhejiang Dashang International Freight Forwarding Co., Ltd., one of Headwin's subsidiaries. Mr. Lou has over 27 years' experience in freight forwarding industry.

He joined Headwin Logistics as General Manager of Hangzhou Branch in 2007 and became General Manager of Shanghai Branch in 2012 concurrently. He started the role as General Manager of Zhejiang Dashang International Freight Forwarding Co., Ltd. since 2013. Mr. Lou holds an EMBA degree from Zhejiang University.

Jinsheng Ma

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Ma, currently acts as the Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for the company's financial affairs and capital operation. Mr. Ma joined Headwin as the CFO at June 2014; before that he served as the financial director of a listed company for 10 years. Mr. Ma holds the qualification certificate of senior accountant.

Sylvia Qian

Human Resources Director

Ms. Sylvia Qian is the Human Resources Director who leads the overall HR related affairs of Headwin. Ms. Qian started her career in 2003, and has worked for 51Job, a well-known domestic human resources service provider, as well as Intertek China, a leading global corporation specialized in the testing, inspecting and certifying of consumer goods.

Ms. Qian has served as deputy HR manager, HR manager and senior HR manager since she joined Headwin in 2010. With her efforts, the HR management becomes more practical and closely related to the business; and was widely recognized by junior and seniors’ managers for the remarkable results in building the performance management system, employee motivation, HR cost control and promoting the process management program.

Ms. Qian holds a Master's degree from Remin University of China and has been working in human resource industry for 17 years.

Nancy Yang

General Manager of Global Account Division

Ms. Yang is currently holding the post as General Manager of Global Account Division. Ms. Yang co-founded Headwin Logistics with Mr. Bill Liu in 2001 and served as General Manager of Air Freight Department. In 2008 she was assigned as Vice President of Headwin Global Logistics LLC. in US. Ms Yang has been engaged in freight forwarding industry for more than 23 years. She is directly responsible for the negotiation and cooperation with VIP global accounts.

Wright Zhu

General Manager of Overseas Department

Mr. Wright Zhu is currently serving as the General Manager of Overseas Department. He leads the development and management of overseas business. Mr. Zhu has 20 years' experience in freight forwarding industry. Before joining Headwin in 2016, Mr. Zhu worked as the Sales Manager and Key Account Manager in DHL China, and Branch Manager in Eurasia International Group.

Mr. Zhu holds an MBA degree from the University of Virginia.

Kathy Huang

General Manager of Ocean Business Department

Ms. Kathy Huang is the General Manager of Ocean Business Unit. She is responsible for the integration of all ports' marine resources and overall operating management of ocean business. Ms. Huang started her career in 2004 and joined Headwin in 2005. She has served as General Manager of Ningbo Branch and General Manager of East China successively.

Ms. Huang holds a bachelor's degree from Jilin University and has been working in freight forwarding industry for 15 years.

Eric Yeh

Deputy GM of Ocean Business Department
GM of Asia Devision

Mr.Eric Yeh started his career at HEADWIN in 2018 when he was hired as GM of Global Business Development Department. Eric ever worked in a Taiwan-based Public Shipping Company – WAN HAI LINES LTD., for 13 years and was promoted to be Senior position as JVP of Sales Division. He also stationed in Ningbo, Dubai, Jakarta as Chief Owner Representative. He is well experienced in shipping, logistics and trading industries with high recognition as well as extensive connections.

With his recommended strength and capability, in 2020 he accepted appointment as Deputy GM of Ocean Business Department also supervises as GM of Asia Division. His 25 plus years of logistics-related experience, expert management skills, geographical expertise and positive attitude all contribute to his visionary leadership of the Ocean Business team.

Eric owned bachelor of Business Administration from National Cheng-Chi University (NCCU Taiwan, China) in 1993.

Candy You

General Manager of Air Business Department

Ms. Candy You is the General Manager of Air Business Unit. She oversees the development and management of air business at all main ports in China. Ms. You joined Headwin since her graduation in 2004, and served as Commercial Manager and Executive Vice President of Air Business Unit successively.

Ms. You holds a Bachelor's degree from Ningbo University and has been engaged in freight forwarding industry for 16 years.

Maggie Wang

Executive Deputy General Manager of Import Business Department

Ms. Maggie Wang is the Executive Deputy G.M. of the import Business Unit. She spearheads the integration of import-related resources and exploration of the market. Ms. Wang was previously worked as the Branch Manager and Sales Manager of East China in Shanghai CTD Logistics before joining Headwin in 2014.

Ms. Wang holds a Bachelor's degree from East China Normal University and has been working in freight forwarding industry for 12 years.

Steven Huang

General Manager of Ningbo Branch

Mr. Steven Huang is the General Manager of Ningbo Branch and takes charge of the operating management of the whole branch. Mr. Huang had worked with MSC as Customer Service before joining Headwin in 2006, and has served as Sales Manager of Ningbo Branch and Deputy G.M. of Ningbo Branch successively.

Mr. Huang holds a bachelor's degree from Zhejiang Wanli University and has been engaged in freight forwarding industry for 18 years.

Janet Li

General Manager of Shanghai Branch

Ms. Janet Li is the General Manager of Shanghai Branch and takes charge of the operating management of the whole branch. Ms. Li joined Headwin since her graduation in 2004, and has served as Operation Supervisor, Ocean Export Manager and Deputy G.M. of Shanghai Branch successively.

Ms. Li holds a bachelor's degree from Wuhan University of Technology and has been working in freight forwarding industry for 16 years.

Joan Zhou

Vice President of Headwin Global Logistics LLC

Ms. Joan Zhou is currently serving as the Vice President of Headwin Global Logistics LLC. and oversees the entire managerial affairs of the company. Before Headwin, Joan worked as Operation Manager at PIL and Business Manager at Ningbo Victory Container Co., Ltd. Joan joined Headwin in 2008, and has been in freight forwarding industry for 25 years so far.

Joan holds a bachelor's degree from Dongbei University of Finance & Economics.

Raymond Counter

Managing Director for Headwin International Logistics

As Managing Director for Headwin International Logistics since 2014, Raymond leads the company’s strategy for business development endeavors in sales, marketing and operations. Raymond is passionate about providing an exceptional customer service experience to clients. At BALtrans Raymond held key positions as Sales Manager, Station Manager of the New York Corporate office as well as VP before BALtrans was acquired by Toll Global Forwarding in 2008.

At Toll Global Forwarding Raymond held the positions of Regional Vice President Operations and later Regional Vice President of in the USA in 2014. Raymond has well over 30 distinguished years in the transportation and logistics industry. Raymond attended MCC (Manchester Community College) as well as Pace University studying International Trade and Commerce.

Patra Wong

Managing Director for Headwin Logistics (HK) Ltd

As the Managing Director for Headwin Logistics (HK) Ltd, Patra is responsible for setting the company’s strategic direction and overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations. Under her leadership, Headwin Logistics (HK) has become one of the leading companies of international logistics by providing top professional services and competitive rates.

Prior to joining Headwin Logistics (HK) in 2010, Patra served as the Sales Director of several well-known international logistics companies in Hong Kong. Patra has well over 30 distinguished years in the transportation and logistics industry.
